Lay out the puff pastry and cut it into 2 parts.
Pour in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Press carefully and start rolling the puff pastry from both sides to form a roll.
Flip them over and cut it into 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick pieces.
Arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until ready.
