How to cook
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands until you get a wet, homogeneous mixture.
Put baking paper in an oven dish. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop from the mixture and form treats of identical size, placing them in the oven dish some distance apart from one another.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 10-15 min. until they gain a golden color.
You're going to get about 20 coconut treats, depending on the size you make them.
If desired, after baking, you can cool them and stick them together in pairs with a jam of your choice.
