Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • biscuits - 1 1/2 packets (200 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • rum - 1 essence
  • for the cream
  • cream cheese - 3 packets
  • sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • lemon zest - of 1 lemon
  • jam - 1 jar, blueberry

How to cook

Crumble the biscuits, to them add the crushed walnuts and melted butter. Stir until the ingredients are mixed.

Put the resulting mixture in a cake form with removable sides and spread it out. Put it in the fridge to cool. In the meantime, make the cream.

In a suitable container, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the sour cream too.

Stir with a spatula or spoon. Pour the mixture onto the cake layer and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours until hardened.

Once it's ready, pour on the jar of blueberry jam and spread it out all over it. Return to the fridge and serve cooled.
