How to cook
Grate the feta cheese and cheese.
Mix them in a bowl together with the yoghurt, flour, margarine, salt and baking soda. Knead a dough, leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Take it out of the fridge, divide it into balls, roll them out into sheets.
Cut each sheets into 8 pieces, roll them up into scones.
Smear them with the beaten egg and bake in a moderate oven at 360°F (180 °C) until reddened.
