Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Combine the flour and black pepper. Roll the cheeses in the mixture and fry them in the heated olive oil.

Finally, squeeze the lemon's juice over them. Serve with a sauce, made as follows: mix the honey and olive oil. To them add the finely chopped garlic and paprika.

Stir well until you get a smooth sauce.
