Grind the biscuits in a food chopper. Melt the butter in a water bath and pour it over the ground biscuits. Cut the Turkish delight into small biscuits and add it to the mixture, as well as the cocoa.
Beat the sugar with the egg and pour the milk (heated beforehand) into them. Add the beaten egg with the milk to the biscuit mixture and then add the chocolate, which you've crumbled into pieces beforehand.
Mix all this well, to obtain a dough-like mixture. Then take a piece of aluminum foil, put the prepared salami on top and wrap it with the foil.
Put it in the fridge for about 12 hours to harden and before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
