Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 10 - 12
  • for the marinade
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • ketchup - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • chili sauce - several drops
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic

How to cook

Wash the chicken wings and rub them with salt and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a suitable bowl.

Dip each wing in the marinade and arrange in a buttered oven dish onto baking paper, while also placing chopped garlic between the wings.

Leave them for about an hour in the fridge to take in the marinade. Pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) white wine to the now seasoned wings.

Bake covered in foil at 392°F (200 °C) for about an hour, remove the foil and finish baking to a nice crisp (resulting from the marinade).

Serve with a garnish of your choice! Enjoy!
