This cake is extremely easy to make, its taste is incomparable when it comes to coconut cakes!
Beat the egg with 3/4 of the sugar. Add the yoghurt and the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a small, buttered pie form.
Mix the remaining sugar, coconut flakes and vanilla sugar together.
Pour it evenly along the surface of the dough and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 25-30 min.
To prevent the coconut from burning, cover the cake with foil after 10 min.
Cover the cooled cake evenly with the beaten cream, decorate with caramelized coconut flakes.
