How to cook
The ingredients (the eggs in particular) need to be at room temperature.
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Heat the oven up to about 356°F (180 °C).
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy (the sugar needs to be beaten well), add the oil and beat.
Then, sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture, stir with a mixture until homogeneous.
Put baking paper in the form you're going to be baking (11″ (28 cm) diameter) and smear it with oil or butter.
Pour the mixture into the form and place the apple pieces on top.
Put it in the oven to bake. It's best not to open the oven door before the 30 min. mark so it doesn't deflate.
Bake about 40-50 min., depending on the oven. Hopefully, you're familiar with how strong your oven is.
Check it with a toothpick. If you poke the cake and there's dough on it, you need to keep baking. Once fully baked, leave it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
