Wash and clean the chicken wings. Arrange them in an oven dish and season them with the spice mix and thyme.
Mix the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl and smear the wings with this mixture.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Add a little oil and white wine to the oven dish.
Cover the oven dish with aluminum foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 45 min. Then remove the foil and finish baking to a nice crisp.
