Cut the almonds into small pieces. Beat the 3 yolks to snow in a deep bowl.
Once they're ready, to them add the honey, cinnamon, cottage cheese and almonds. Peel the bananas, cut them and mash them into a puree.
Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the other mixture you made to it. Stir well and form biscuits.
Put a sheet of baking paper in an oven dish, arrange the biscuits on it. Bake for about 10 min. in a 356°F (180 °C) oven.
