How to cook
In a deep pan, heat the oil and braise the onions, carrot and mince.
Add the tomato paste, spices, black pepper, paprika, thyme, stir until homogeneous.
Remove the pan from the stove and fill the cannelloni with the stuffing. Arrange them in a suitable oven dish that you've oiled and pour on the rest of the stuffing.
Put them in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven and bake for 30 min. until softened.
On top, sprinkle grated cheese and bake another 10 min. until it reddens.
