How to cook
Cut the beef into thin steaks about 1/4 thick.
Mix together the olive oil, juice of half a lemon and dried garlic to a smooth consistency.
Pour it over the steaks and leave them overnight in the fridge.
Cook on a grill or grill pan, turning them over often, so the juices don't all drip out.
Salt after they're cooked. Optionally, add black pepper.
