Tenderize the steaks very well so that the meat is thin. Put a slice of ham on each steak, then a slice of cheese on top of it.
Roll each one up into a roll and stick toothpicks through it to keep it together. Roll them all in flour and fry on all sides in heated oil. Then pour in water and leave them to saute until done, about 30 min.
Take the Rouladen out and put them in plates.
Add the cream, salt and black pepper to the sauce from the sauteing, then boil until it thickens.
Then pour it over the Rouladen and serve.
