Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°С). Cover a cake form with baking paper or butter and flour it.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and 2 types of sugar with a mixer until they become a nice and fluffy cream.
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder into the bowl. Beat with a mixer until about 3/4 of the mixture is absorbed. Stir the rest carefully with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into an oven dish and bake 25-30 min. until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke it. The surface needs to be smooth and shiny. Leave it to cool for 10 min. in the oven dish, transfer it to a cooking grid and pour on the chocolate ganache.
For the ganache:
Crumble the chocolate in a glass container.
Put the confectionery cream to boil and pour it over the chocolate. Stir carefully until you get a smooth and shiny mixture. Pour it over the cake and decorate with strawberries.
Leave it for a few hours at room temperature or put it in the fridge to set faster.
