Ingredients

Preparation

Julienne all of the ingredients, excluding the mushrooms. Melt the butter in a deep wok. Braise the chicken fillet, which you've seasoned with salt and curry.

Then add the pepper, thinly sliced mushrooms and fry about 3 min.

To them add the pickles and cook 1 more min.

Pour the olive oil in another pan, add the processed cheese and sour cream, dilute with a little warm water, add the spices and stir carefully for about 5 min.

Next, add this mixture to the wok with the chicken, stir until well mixed.

Pour it all into a glass cook pot with a lid and put in the oven for about 15 min.

Serve warm, sprinkled with parsley and a glass of white wine. Bon appetit!
