How to cook
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, add the milk, vanillas, melted butter and flour with the baking powder.
Pour the dough into a buttered and floured form. Place chopped walnuts on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them into pieces and arrange on top of the walnuts.
Bake at 338°F (170 °C) for about 35 min. Check if it's ready with a toothpick.
