How to cook
Heat the oven to 446°F (230 °C). In a bowl, add 1 cup (250 g) flour and the rest of the ingredients for the donuts (excluding the remaining flour). Stir well.
Now add the remaining flour and begin kneading until you get a very sticky dough.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface and knead the dough several minutes until it becomes smooth and easy to work with.
To prevent the rolling pin from sticking, sprinkle the dough itself with flour and roll it out into a circle.
Find a round form and cut out donuts. Roll out the rest of the dough and make more donuts. Repeat this step until you're out of dough.
With another form, cut out the middles of the donuts. Transfer them to an oven dish laid out with baking paper.
Put them in the oven for about 12 min. While they're in the oven, heat the vanilla cream until it simmers and pour in the chocolate to melt. Leave it for about 5 min. to melt evenly.
Stir well and glaze the donuts. Wait for the glaze to harden before eating.
