Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add 1/3 cup (80 g) of the soft butter and 2 tbsp instant coffee, which you've diluted with 2 tsp hot water, a pinch of salt and the flour diluted with the baking powder.
Pour the dough into a 8 3/4 (22 cm) heart form with a ring and put it in a 338°F (170 °C) oven for 45 min.
Beat the rest of the soft butter with the powdered sugar. Add 2 tbsp instant coffee diluted with 2 tsp hot water.
Cut the cooled layer into 2 parts.
Syrup the layers with sweetened milk and smear them with cream.
Smear them on top and along the edges with cream.
Decorate with melted chocolate, drawing lines with a teaspoon.
