How to cook
Beat the confectionery cream, while adding the sugar and vanilla, continue stirring until it becomes a thick cream. Set aside a little of it and color it with just a bit of dye, to provide a hint of purple.
Start arranging biscotti, lightly syruped with the coffee. Smear with the cream and a little jam.
Arrange a 2nd layer of biscotti and continue until you're out of ingredients. Spray out rosettes on top or decorate as desired.
Arrange the pomegranate in the shape of 2 hearts, put the cake in the fridge. After 3 hours, the cake will be ready to eat.
