How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then pour in the hot milk, oil and beat again.
Next, gradually add the flour which you've sifted with the baking powder and vanilla sugar, add a little red confectionery dye to color the mixture.
Distribute the mixture into small muffin cups, bake at 347°F (175 °C) for 20 min. or until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke them.
Decorate the cooled muffins with the powdered sugar beaten with the confectionery cream and forms cut out from the rolled out fondant.
