First, prepare the caramel by melting the sugar until golden in a suitable container. While still hot, pour it into the form you intend to bake the cream.
Set aside 4 tbsp of it, put it on a glass board, form figures for decoration from it.
Pour the resulting mixture into the form with the caramel. Put it in a larger container with water. Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.
From the cooled cream, form a heart, decorate it with a figure, enchant with a pinch of love and serve to your beloved.
