Remove the bones from the smoked mackerel and cut the fillet into pieces. In the middle of a large plate, put marinated mussels, arrange pieces of fish in a circle around them to create a sun-like pattern.
Sprinkle with dill, black pepper and olive oil to taste. Cut the cleaned green onions into round slices and sprinkle on top of the mussels.
