Soak the couscous in hot, salted water for about 10 min. You don't need to boil it. Once it swells, drain it from the water.
Cut the cleaned zucchini into small cubes. Saute in the olive oil until golden.
Add the peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves.
Stir and add the olives, then the couscous.
Cook 2-3 min. while stirring nonstop. Season with salt and add basil.
