"The cream is light, so feel free to cut yourself a 2nd and even a 3rd slice."

Ingredients

  • for the layers
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • lemonade - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • flour - 3 cups
  • vanilla - 1
  • baking powder - 1
  • for the cream mixture
  • sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • cream cheese - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla - 1
  • for the glaze
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • cocoa - 5 tbsp

How to cook

Sift the flour beforehand. Mix all of the ingredients for the layers subsequently, while pouring the lemonade and oil in a thin trickle.

Bake the layer for 40 min. at 356°F (180 °C).

Once it cools, divide it into 2 parts.

Mix all the ingredients for the cream mixture, place 1 cake layer and smear it. Place the next layer on top and cover the entire cake with the rest of the cream. Leave it to set in the fridge.

Put the butter and sugar to melt on low heat, then add the cocoa as well.

Let it cool and then pour this glaze over the cake.

You can decorate with anything else as desired.
