How to cook
Make a marinade from the spices and oil in a suitable oven dish.
Pierce the meat all over with a knife and roll it well in the marinade. Let it sit for 30 min. to season.
Next, pour in the wine and water and cover the oven dish with aluminum foil.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until ready.
Once the meat is baked, remove the foil and crisp for another 5-10 min.
Serve with a garnish of your choice.
