Soak the bread slice in the milk, then drain. Clean the onion and peppers, put them in a blender, add the bacon, bread and meat. Mix everything. If you don't have a blender, you can use a meat grinder by putting all the ingredients through it.
Put the ground mixture in a bowl, add the egg, cut the processed cheese into tiny pieces and put them in it, sprinkle with the spices and knead.
Cover with foil and leave thus prepared mince in the fridge for 2 hours. Take it out and form meatballs from it with wet hands.
Heat oil in a pan, roll each meatball in flour, shake off the excess and put them to fry in the oil, turning them over on all sides to fry well.
