How to cook
First, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with the sugar into snow. Beat the yolks, add them to the whites with the rest of the ingredients.
Divide the mixture in 2 and bake 2 layers in a cake form. Once they cool a little, syrup with compote, beat the confectionery cream until fluffy.
Place a cake layer, cream and thin piece of banana. Place the other layer on top, cream and more banana, if you have any left.
Cut the orange into thin pieces and decorate as desired - make rosettes, decorate with sprinkles and finish off the cake's appearance with chocolate topping or glaze.
