How to cook
Braise the meat, cut into pieces, in heated oil. Stir several times. Once the meat reddens a bit, gradually add the chopped into quarters mushrooms.
Chop the onions into coarse crescents and add them to the meat, as well as 4 peppers, cut into round slices, and 2 bunches of garlic. Stir 2-3 times once again and sprinkle with salt and the spices.
