Roast the peppers and peel them.
Whisk the eggs and add the grated feta cheese and half the cheese to them.
Add the black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture.
Arrange them in a buttered oven dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 20-25 min.
