Boil the rice in the water until semi-cooked, pour in 2 vanillas, 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) milk, 2 tbsp starch and sugar to taste.
Once it begins to thicken a bit, remove it from the stove. Whip 2 eggs with the remaining milk, add this to the other mixture and distribute into bowls.
Arrange them in an oven dish and put it in the oven. Bake at 338°F (170 °C) until reddened.
Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon.
