How to cook
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanillas and water.
Then add the soft butter. Add the flour to the yolks, a little at a time.
While stirring, add a little of the milk at a time until you've added all of it and you get a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl, beat the whites to snow and add them to the yolk mixture. Beat carefully until the mixture absorbs the egg whites.
Pour this mixture into a floured and oiled oven dish.
Bake at 338°F (170 °C) for about 45 min.
After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
The cake turns out extremely tasty and can optionally be served with whipped cream or fruits.
