How to cook
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. Drain from the water, add a little butter and mash them well.
Grate the rest of the products in individual bowls. In another bowl, stir the mayonnaise and yoghurt together.
Once the potatoes cool, arrange the ingredients in a cake form.
Spread on the rest of the mashed potatoes, put a layer of pickles on top, layer of eggs and smear again with sauce. Finish off with the grated cheese and cover with foil. Press lightly with your fingers and put it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, take the cake out of the ring and decorate. Smear the sides lightly with mayonnaise, sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top. The rest of the decoration is up to you!
