How to cook
Peel and cut the potatoes, boil them until semi-cooked. Drain carefully and mix together the rest of the listed ingredients in a bowl. You need to get a thick mixture.
Place baking paper, pour the potatoes over it, distributing them all over the entire oven dish (so that they aren't on top of each other) and smear generously with the mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to the max until reddened. They turn out very crunchy and delicious!
