Arrange the steaks in a suitable oven dish, which you've salted and sprinkled with black pepper ahead of time.
Add a little grease, oil is best. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Add them to the steaks, plus savory to taste. Pour in the red wine and cover the oven dish with foil.
Bake in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven for an hour or until the wine evaporates a bit.
Remove the foil and bake another 10-15 min. Mix the cooking cream with the flour in a bowl. Beat well so there's no lumps.
Pour the mixture into the oven dish with the steaks. Leave to bake until the steaks are ready, then add pieces of cheese on top. Bake 1-2 min. until the cheese melts.
Serve warm with a glass of red wine.
