Knead a dough from the ingredients (excluding the feta cheese and pure butter). Leave it to rise, then divide it into 3.
Roll out each ball separately, smear the 1st sheet with the pure butter, crumble the feta on top, place the 2nd rolled out sheet on top (smear it with pure butter and put feta on it as well).
Place the 3rd sheet on top and smear with just butter. Cut it into 16 triangles. Roll them up from the wide part toward the tip.
Arrange them in an oven dish to rise. Once they do, smear with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds! Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready (50-60 min).
