Put the lentils to boil in 2.5 times the amount of water. After 15 min., add the chopped onions and pepper with the salt, spearmint and savory.
Once nearly ready, add the tomatoes for 10 min. To make it into an actual stew, braise the flour and paprika for 3-5 min.
Add some of the soup to it and stir nonstop until the flour dissolves.
