How to cook
Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets. Take a sheet and fold it to make it look like an accordion. Lay it out again in a buttered oven dish. Do this for all of the sheets. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until golden. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the yoghurt, flour and baking powder. Pour this mixture over the sheets. Return to the oven and bake about 30-35 min. Leave the cake to cool.
