Preparation

Chop the meat, onions and leeks. Then, saute them in the oil until softened. Pour in 1 cup water and leave the dish to simmer on the stove until the meat is semi-cooked.

Add the flour, dissolved in a little tomato paste, then the wine. Sprinkle with spices and leave the dish on the heat until fully cooked.

Serve with boiled rice, mixed with butter. Decorate with parsley.
