How to cook
Grate or cut everything on a fine grater in a serving plate. Start with the potatoes. Salt to taste. Eyeball the amount of mayonnaise (beaten with yoghurt) to add.
I make it in a 50:50 ratio, it's a matter of personal preference though. Put the eggs on top, then the feta cheese and finish with cheese. Decorate as desired - with pickles, olives.
