How to cook
Pour the lemon juice and oil in a deep pot, dissolve the honey in them. Then sprinkle on a little salt, ground black pepper and add the soy sauce.
Stir everything very well. Make steaks from the chicken breasts and put them in the marinade. Cover them with foil and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.
Take them out and cook on the grill until ready. The marinade is suitable for turkey steaks as well.
