How to cook
Boil the milk. Once it begins to simmer, add the semolina and sugar. Keep stirring until you get a thick mixture.
Remove from the stove and add the margarine and vanilla. Stir well until they dissolve. Separately, mix 2/5 cup (100 ml) milk with 2 tbsp cocoa.
Pour half of the white mixture in a cake form (I used a silicone one). Add the cocoa mixture to the rest, stir and pour it on top of the white one.
Once it cools a bit, put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set. Then, invert the cake onto a suitable plate. Decorate as desired. I sprinkled the cake with a little cocoa.
