Beat the eggs very well with the sugar, then add the milk.
Activate the yeast with a little warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Knead a soft and stretchy dough from all the ingredients.
Hit it on the counter 25 times. Leave it to rise in a warm area, then divide it into 6 parts. Roll out 3 of the balls into sheets and smear them with jam, roll them up and form wicks.
Form a weave from the 3 wicks. Do this for the other 3. Smear a cake form with oil and a little flour and place the 1st of the weaves in it.
Place the other weave in another form. Leave them in a warm area to rise and then smear with beaten egg yolk, milk and oil.
Sprinkle generously with sugar. Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven.
