How to cook
Grate the cheese coarsely. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and baking soda. To them, add the flour with baking powder, salt and black pepper. Throw in the cheese and stir well.
Melt the butter in an oven dish. Pour the mixture into it and bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 25-30 min. or until it gains a golden color. Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool. Serve with a seasonal garnish.
