How to cook
Wash and dry the peppers. Fry them in the heated oil.
Take them out into a plate (peel them if desired).
Beat the yoghurt with the finely chopped garlic and salt to taste. Pour the mixture over the peppers.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the paprika. Braise it a bit and pour it over the peppers.
For an even spicier taste you can fry chili peppers or cayenne pepper.
