Cut the pork into coarse pieces, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Roll them in flour and fry in preheated oil. Take them out onto a plate.
Braise the chopped leeks in the same oil, add the champignons from the can without the liquid. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and stir briefly.
Once the leeks soften, add the pieces of processed cheese, grated cheese and stir. Remove from the stove and pour the milk in a little bit at a time.
Return to the stove on low heat. Add in the meat and stir for 5 min. until thickened. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. This Master's Appetizer is absolutely delicious!
