Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water. Drain them well, mash with a fork in a bowl. Season with a little salt, black pepper and crumbled savory.
Cut the bacon into strips. Divide the potato mixture into 2. Pour half of it in a buttered oven dish and press down to form a layer.
On top, distribute the mixed together crumbled feta, bacon strips and chopped parsley. Cover with the 2nd half of the potatoes.
Prepare a topping of the beaten eggs, yoghurt and 1-2 tbsp oil. Pour it over the dish. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25 min. until reddened.
Take it out and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven for it to melt. Very delicious and easy to make.
