Dissolve the yeast in the cool water along with the sugar and salt. Make a well from the flour, pour in the effervescent yeast and knead a smooth, nonstick dough.

Leave the dough to rest for 30 min. Then divide it into 6-8 identical bits. Form them into balls. Using a rolling pin and a little flour, roll them out and form them into thin sheets.

Put crumbled feta cheese and several small cubes of cheese into each rolled out sheet. Fold them so that you get a square. Cook in a saj or fry them in a pan. Finally, smear with butter if desired.
