Ingredients

  • flour - 1 4/5 cups (425 g)
  • yeast - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml), cool

  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • feta cheese - 6 oz (175 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to cook

Dissolve the yeast in the cool water along with the sugar and salt. Make a well from the flour, pour in the effervescent yeast and knead a smooth, nonstick dough.
