Boil the potatoes and once they cool, peel and dice them coarsely. Put them in a suitable salad bowl.
Cut the onions into crescents, add them to the potatoes. Stir carefully, then add the chopped Vienna sausages, lard salami, marinated pepper and peas.
Season the salad with chopped dill, salt to taste and vinegar. Stir well and add the mayonnaise and mustard.
Mix carefully and put it in the fridge. Serve the salad chilled, garnished with olives.
