Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. To it, add the crumbled feta cheese and diced cheese and gouda.
Add the coarsely ground walnuts, finely chopped garlic and dill. Add the dried fruits (soaked in warm water and drained ahead of time) and the sour cream.
Stir well. Leave it in the fridge for 15-20 min.
Take the mixture out and form 3 balls from it.
Grate the cheese finely, chop the parsley. Put the pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
Roll each ball in 1 of the 3 ingredients. Arrange them in a plate and put in the fridge before serving.
